I was referred to a reputable local bodyshopy that specializes in restorations.  I have seen 3 gorgeous 1st Generation Camaro's in his shop in the past 2 weeks...I knew I had found the right shop!  Like most resto shops, they will charge by the hour.  They came by to checkout the project and assess the job. 

The are taking the car on Monday, 7/10/06, so I needed to get everything stripped from the firewall and pull out the wiring harness that was partially installed (and needs to be replaced anyway).  Below are detailed pics of the car in its' initial state, but stripped of all body components:
